Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a session! To help us keep everything running smoothly: Cancellations & Reschedules: Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling within this window is always welcome. Deposit: A deposit is required to hold your spot for hour-long consultations and will be applied toward your session fee. Refunds: All sessions are prepaid and non-refundable. Missed Sessions: If a session is missed or canceled without enough notice, the session is forfeited. How to Cancel: You can cancel or reschedule by email or phone—just make sure you receive an email confirmation of your cancellation. Policy in Practice: While we understand that life happens, our 24-hour notice and no-refund policy help us keep our schedule fair and focused for all clients.
